The firm was founded in 2005 and has approximately 70 tax professionals, with international memberships in networks such as LATAXNET in Latin America and WTS, a global network based in Munich, Germany.

The firm and its members are self-regulated by the Code of Ethics of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana de Abogados), Colegio de Abogados, A.C., and the Profesional Ethics Code of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, notwithstanding the observance of other national and international codes of ethics issued by organizations to which our professionals are affiliated, and considering the alignment with the codes of ethics of other professions, when, in the course of professional practice, we coincide and interact with them.
